I made this music because I needed to let go. The way I’ve learned to let go is to come back — back into my body — my feet on the earth — back into the simple fact that whatever I’m feeling isn’t mine alone.

In every moment — big or small, terrifying or beautiful — there’s a thread that connects us.
Struggle is common.
